Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 small head (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • Coconut Aminos Natural – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves (minced)
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika – 1 tsp (or regular paprika)
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, mix:Coconut Aminos,Olive oil,Lemon juice,Garlic, All spices and seasonings Add cauliflower florets and toss well to coat Let it marinate for 15–20 minutes (optional but enhances flavor).

  2. Pan Roast,Heat a little oil in a pan Cook cauliflower on medium heat for 15–20 mins until browned and tender.
