Ingredients

  • Rolled oats – 2 cups
  • Virgin coconut oil – ¼ cup (melted)
  • Honey or maple syrup – ¼ cup
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts) – ½ cup
  • Desiccated coconut or coconut flakes – ½ cup
  • dried fruits – ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – a pinch

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven,Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F),Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Mix Wet Ingredients,In a bowl, mix: ¼ cup melted virgin coconut oil,¼ cup honey or maple syrup,1 tsp vanilla essence

  3. Add Dry Ingredients,In a large mixing bowl, combine:2 cups rolled oats,½ cup chopped nuts,½ cup desiccated coconut,½ tsp cinnamon,Pinch of salt,Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is coated.

  4. Bake,Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray,Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp,Let it cool completely — it will crisp up more as it cools.

  5. Add Dried Fruits ,Once cooled, mix in raisins, cranberries, or other dried fruits.
