Go to the shopMake Dumpling Dough:Mix flour and salt in a bowl,Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft, smooth dough,Cover and rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare Veggie Filling: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 secs,Add chopped veggies and stir-fry for 3–4 mins,Add Coconut Aminos Garlic, pepper, and salt. Mix well,Cook till dry and flavorful. Let it cool.
Roll Dumpling Wrappers:Divide rested dough into small balls,Roll each into thin circles (~3 inches),Keep them lightly floured so they don’t stick.
Assemble Dumplings: Place a spoon of veggie filling in the center of each wrapper,Fold into half-moon shape and seal edges (pinch or pleat style),Make sure they are tightly sealed.
Cook Dumplings Steam in a greased steamer for 10–12 minutes.
