Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 medium (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • Coconut Aminos Garlic – 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil or coconut oil – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – a small pinch
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander or parsley – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the Cauliflower,Wash and dry the cauliflower florets,In a large bowl, mix Coconut Aminos Garlic, oil, garlic powder, pepper, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Marinate: Add cauliflower to the bowl,Toss well until all florets are coated with the sauce mix,Let it sit for 5–10 minutes (optional but adds more flavor).

  3. Roast: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or use an air fryer,Spread the florets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper,Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy on the edges.
