Our Coconut Sap Vinegar is made from sap collected from coconut blossoms. The sap is naturally fermented for several months, during which the natural sugars convert to alcohol and then to acetic acid, forming vinegar. We keep our vinegar raw and unpasteurized to preserve the “mother of vinegar,” a colony of beneficial live bacteria. It is carefully packed in a premium glass bottle to maintain purity and freshness.
Note: Coconut vinegar's primary health benefits come from its live probiotic cultures ("the mother") and its rich mineral content, including potassium, which are not reflected in a standard nutritional panel.
Store in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, to protect the live "mother" cultures. Refrigeration is not necessary.
