Ingredients

  • Coconut Flour – ¼ cup (don’t add more, it absorbs a lot!)
  • Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup
  • Coconut Sugar – ½ cup
  • Eggs – 3 large
  • Melted Coconut Oil
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Dark chocolate chips – ¼ cup for extra richness
  • Baking powder – ½ tsp for slight lift

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a small square pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and coconut sugar until smooth.

  3. Sift in cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips or chopped nuts if using.

  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs (not fully clean).

  6. Let brownies cool completely before cutting — they firm up as they cool.
