Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms – 200g (sliced)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Garlic – 3–4 cloves (minced)
  • Coconut Aminos Garlic – 3 tbsp
  • Coconut milk – ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (coconut oil or any)
  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté Base,Heat oil in a pan,Add garlic and onion. Sauté till soft and golden,Add tomatoes and cook until mushy.

  2. Add Spices & Mushrooms,Add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala – mix well,Add sliced mushrooms and stir for 2–3 mins,Pour in Coconut Aminos Garlic and mix to coat the mushrooms.

  3. Simmer with Coconut Milk,Add coconut milk and let it simmer on low for 5–6 mins,Cook until mushrooms are tender and the gravy thickens.
