Ingredients

  • For Chicken:
  • Boneless chicken (breast or thigh) – 250g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • Coconut Aminos Garlic – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • Pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • For the Bowl:
  • Cooked rice or quinoa – 2 cups
  • Steamed or sautéed veggies (like broccoli, carrots, bell pepper) – 1 cup
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, spring onions, lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:In a bowl, add chicken, Coconut Aminos Garlic, garlic, and pepper,Mix well and let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  2. Cook the Chicken:Heat oil in a pan over medium heat,Add the marinated chicken and cook for 7–10 minutes until golden and fully cooked, stirring occasionally.

  3. Assemble the Bowl: In a bowl, place a portion of rice or quinoa,Add steamed or sautéed veggies on the side,Top with the garlic chicken,Garnish with sesame seeds or spring onions if desired.
