Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets – 2 (about 150g each)
  • Coconut Aminos Glaze – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch (optional; glaze has natural salt)
  • Spring onion or sesame seeds – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix:Coconut Aminos Glaze,Lemon juice,Minced garlic,Black pepper,(Marinate salmon in this for 10 mins if you have time.)

  2. Cook the Salmon,Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat Place salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for 4–5 mins Flip and pour the glaze over the fish Cook another 4–5 mins, spooning glaze over the fillets as they caramelize.
