Ingredients

  • Paneer – 200g (cut into cubes)
  • Capsicum – 1 (cut into squares)
  • Onion – 1 (cut into petals)
  • Thick curd (hung curd) – ½ cup
  • Coconut Aminos Garlic – 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade,In a bowl, mix curd, Coconut Aminos Garlic, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt,Add paneer, capsicum, and onion. Mix gently to coat everything,Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 mins (longer for more flavor).

  2. Cook the Tikka On Tawa / Pan,Heat oil in a pan,Place marinated pieces and cook on medium flame until golden on all sides. Flip gently.
