Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 1 cup (small florets)
  • Carrot – 1 (sliced thin)
  • Capsicum (any color) – 1 (sliced)
  • Onion – 1 small (sliced)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • Coconut Aminos Glaze – 3 tbsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (like sesame or olive oil)
  • Salt – a pinch (optional)
  • Pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Sesame seeds – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Veggies,Wash and cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Stir-Fry,Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat,Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds,Add onions, then harder veggies like carrots and broccoli. Stir-fry 2–3 mins,Add capsicum last. Stir-fry another 2 mins (don’t overcook—keep them crisp).

  3. Glaze It Add Coconut Aminos Glaze, toss everything well,Stir-fry for 1–2 more minutes until veggies are glossy and coated.
