In a bowl, whisk together eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar.
Add coconut flour and salt to the wet mix. Stir until a dough forms. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes — coconut flour absorbs moisture fast.
Press the dough evenly into your pie pan using your hands or the back of a spoon. Press up the sides too.
