Ingredients

  • Firm tofu – 200g (cut into cubes)
  • Coconut Aminos Teriyaki – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
  • Cornflour – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper – ¼ tsp
  • Spring onions or sesame seeds – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Tofu,Pat tofu dry with a clean towel,Toss tofu cubes in cornflour and black pepper for light coating.

  2. Pan-Fry Tofu,Heat oil in a non-stick pan,Place tofu cubes in a single layer,Fry on medium heat until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  3. Glaze It,In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds,Add Coconut Aminos Teriyaki and simmer for 1–2 mins,Add tofu back into the pan and toss to coat well in the glaze,Cook until sauce thickens and sticks to tofu.
