Ingredients

  • Coconut butter – ½ cup
  • Rolled oats – 1 cup
  • Honey or maple syrup – 2 tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp (plus more for rolling)
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp (optional)

Instructions

  • Warm the coconut butter slightly to soften.
