Thinly slice the onion, chop green chilies, ginger, and coriander,In a bowl, mix coconut flour, rice flour, salt, cumin,Add sliced onion, green chili, ginger, and coriander leaves. Mix everything.

Add a little water at a time and mix until it becomes a thick batter that holds shape,(Don’t make it too watery — just enough to bind.)

Heat oil in a kadai or pan. Test heat by dropping a small amount of batter — it should sizzle and rise,Drop small spoonfuls of batter into the oil. Fry on medium flame until golden brown and crisp.

Drain on paper towel and serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
