Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms – 200g (sliced)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Garlic – 3–4 cloves (minced)
  • Coconut Aminos Garlic – 3 tbsp
  • Coconut milk – ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (coconut oil or any)
  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • Sauté Base,Heat oil in a pan,Add garlic and onion. Sauté till soft and golden,Add tomatoes and cook until mushy.

  • Add Spices & Mushrooms,Add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala – mix well,Add sliced mushrooms and stir for 2–3 mins,Pour in Coconut Aminos Garlic and mix to coat the mushrooms.

  • Simmer with Coconut Milk,Add coconut milk and let it simmer on low for 5–6 mins,Cook until mushrooms are tender and the gravy thickens.
