Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl mix:Coconut Aminos,Lemon juice,Ginger-garlic paste,Red chili powder,Turmeric,Black pepper,Salt,Oil (Optional: curd for creamy texture),Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion pieces. Mix gently to coat well,Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

Assemble Skewers,Thread the marinated paneer, onion, and capsicum alternately on skewers.
