Ingredients

  • Paneer – 200g (cut into cubes)
  • Capsicum (bell pepper) – 1 (cut into squares)
  • Onion – 1 (cut into squares)
  • Coconut Aminos Glaze – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves (grated or minced)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Red chili flakes – ½ tsp (optional)
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch (optional; glaze is naturally salty)
  • Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 15 mins)

Instructions

  • Make the Marinade

  • In a bowl, mix: Coconut Aminos Glaze,Lemon juice,Garlic,Pepper and chili flakes,Oil,Salt (if needed)

  • Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion to the marinade,Mix gently to coat well,Let it marinate for 20–30 mins.

  • Assemble Skewers,Thread paneer, onion, and capsicum alternately onto skewers,Brush extra marinade over them.

  • Tawa/Pan: Heat a pan with a little oil,Grill skewers on medium heat, turning until golden and slightly charred.
