Mix,In a large bowl, add: Oats, protein powder, desiccated coconut, chia/flax seeds, andStir to combine dry ingredients.

Combine Wet Ingredients,In a separate bowl or pan, gently melt together: Peanut butter, virgin coconut oil, and honey/maple syrup,Mix until smooth.

Form the Dough,Pour the wet mix into the dry mix,Add chopped nuts or chocolate,Mix everything well — the mixture should be sticky but firm enough to shape.(If too dry, add a little more coconut oil or honey.)
