Ingredients

  • Paneer – 200g (cut into cubes)
  • Capsicum – 1 (cut into squares)
  • Onion – 1 (cut into petals)
  • Thick curd (hung curd) – ½ cup
  • Coconut Aminos Garlic – 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (for cooking)

Instructions

  • Make the Marinade,In a bowl, mix curd, Coconut Aminos Garlic, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt,Add paneer, capsicum, and onion. Mix gently to coat everything,Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 mins (longer for more flavor).

  • Cook the Tikka On Tawa / Pan,Heat oil in a pan,Place marinated pieces and cook on medium flame until golden on all sides. Flip gently.
