Cook Quinoa,Rinse 1 cup quinoa and cook with 2 cups water until fluffy. Set aside,(Or use leftover cooked quinoa.)

Stir-Fry Veggies,Heat oil in a pan or wok,Add garlic and onion, sauté for 1 min,Add harder veggies (like carrot, beans) first, stir-fry 2–3 mins,Add softer veggies (like capsicum, corn) and cook 2–3 mins more.

Add Quinoa and Sauce,Add cooked quinoa into the pan,Pour Coconut Aminos Teriyaki over it,Mix well and stir-fry for 2–3 mins until everything is coated and hot,Add pepper and adjust salt if needed.
