Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 1 medium (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  • Cornflour – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Water – ½ cup (adjust to make batter)
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (for brushing or greasing)
  • Coconut Aminos Teriyaki – 4–5 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds & chopped spring onions – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Batter,In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, garlic powder, and salt,Add water slowly to make a smooth, thick batter.

  2. Coat & Bake Cauliflower,Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) or use an air fryer,Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and coat well,Place on a greased baking tray or air fryer basket,Bake/air fry for 20–25 mins until golden and crispy (flip halfway).

  3. Toss in Teriyaki Sauce,Once cauliflower is crispy, transfer to a bowl,Pour Coconut Aminos Teriyaki over the florets,Toss gently to coat all pieces evenly,Return to oven for 5 mins to let the glaze set.
